Theodore's Booze Blues & BBQ - Best Blues Club in the Country

Theodore's Booze Blues & BBQ is a legendary blues club and barbecue restaurant located at 201 Worthington Street in Springfield's Entertainment District. Since 1979 Theodore's has been a mainstay for blues music and hickory-smoked barbecue in Springfield. In 2004 The Blues Foundation recognized the venue with a prestigious Keeping the Blues Alive (KBA) Award and named it Best Blues Club in the Country.

Barbecue Excellence

Theodore's specializes in slow-smoked barbecue prepared fresh daily. All meats are hand-rubbed then smoked with local maple oak or hickory wood. The smokers are loaded the night before and every morning to ensure fresh product. Daily specials often sell out due to limited quantities of fresh-smoked meats. The menu includes ribs pulled pork brisket chicken and sausage with traditional Southern sides.
