A 21-and-up weekly open mic in a relaxed West End bar with a beer garden, pool table and piano. Starts mellow and builds into a lively, sociable late set.
The Westy
The Westy is a neighborhood bar in Ithaca's West End, known for its wide craft beer selection, spacious beer garden, darts, pool table, pinball machine and a piano in the corner of the room. It has a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere typical of a good local hangout.
Open Mic Night
On Tuesday nights from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, The Westy hosts a 21-and-up open mic that starts out relaxed and builds into a lively, sociable crowd as the night goes on — a good option for performers who want a real bar-room energy rather than a quiet listening room.
Other Events
The Westy's beer garden and game room also host casual live music and community gatherings throughout the week.
