Lovin' Cup

Lovin' Cup is a bistro and brewery at Park Point near RIT, combining a full kitchen and house-brewed beer with a professional-grade stage, sound system and lighting rig that make it one of Rochester's most performer-friendly rooms.

Open Mic Night

Every Tuesday night, Lovin' Cup has hosted a free, low-tech open mic since 2009, welcoming singers, songwriters, instrumentalists, comedians, poets, storytellers and dancers. A house piano is available, and microphones are sanitized between each performer. Sign-up begins at 6:30 PM, with organizers encouraging performers to arrive early to guarantee a slot.

Other Events

Beyond the weekly open mic, Lovin' Cup regularly books touring and local bands, benefiting from its proper concert-grade sound and lighting setup.

Good to Know

Lovin' Cup is located at 300 Park Point Drive, Rochester, NY 14623. Because the format is low-tech, full bands, drum kits and large amplifiers aren't accommodated at the open mic.
