Inside

Inside is a healing arts studio and event space in downtown Seattle. It offers yoga and sound baths and creative sessions and it describes itself as a sanctuary that uses the arts to support wellness and personal growth.

Open Mic Night

On the second Saturday of every month Inside hosts an Open Mic Night at 7:30 PM. Poets and singers and musicians and storytellers and dancers are all welcome. Each act gets up to 5 minutes and sign-up happens at the venue on the day of the event. Tickets are $5 in advance and $7 at the door. Deaunte Damper hosts and the room provides a sound system with two microphones and a spotlight.

Atmosphere

The studio feels calm and intimate and the audience is supportive. It is a great space for soulful singers and acoustic players and first-time performers.
