About The Wormhole Music Club and Bar

The Wormhole Music Venue and Neighborhood Pub is located in the Starland Design District of Savannah. This unique venue has been serving the community for over 10 years combining a neighborhood watering hole atmosphere with a first-rate concert venue.

Venue Features

The venue offers billiards darts arcades pinball and classic video games including NES Sega and Nintendo 64 all available to play for free. The full kitchen stays open until 2:45 AM serving hot pressed paninis grilled wraps half-pound burgers and more made with real fresh ingredients.

Music and Events

The Wormhole hosts a diverse array of musical performances from metal to bluegrass electronica to square dancing. The venue has welcomed headlining acts like Dick Dale HELMET Band of Horses Jonathan Richman and Papadosio. They also host stand-up comedy featuring performers including Dave Chappelle David Spade and Doug Stanhope.

Open Mic Details

The Monday night open mic runs from 8PM to 2:30AM and has been voted Best Open Mic by Connect Savannah. Solo acts get 10-15 minute sets while bands get 15 minutes with the option to sign up again non-consecutively. The venue is 18+ and provides a welcoming stage for newly formed bands professionals working on new material musicians looking to jam touring bands and anyone wanting to be part of Savannah's music scene.
