Where House Bar - Modern Craft Cocktail & Live Music Venue

Where House Bar is a contemporary craft cocktail establishment located within the Metro Eats Farmers Market and Food Truck Park. The bar has been designed by the award-winning Mossinghoff Collective to reflect the hip sensibilities of west Springfield while honoring the city's musical heritage.

Live Music & Open Mic Programming

Every Tuesday from 6:30-9:30 PM, the venue hosts open mic and jam sessions under the JAM HOUSE banner. The program welcomes musicians of all skill levels and genres including rock, blues, alternative, and experimental music. Sign-ups begin at 6:30 PM. The venue also hosts other live music performances and jazz acts throughout the week.

Craft Cocktails & Beverages

Grand Marnier's Caribbean Bartender of the Year winner J.T. Thomas leads the cocktail program, offering both classic interpretations and innovative new drinks. Draft taps feature the best of Ozarks breweries including Springfield Brewing Co. and Mother's Brewing. The bar also serves craft wines and non-alcoholic options.

Venue Design & Atmosphere

The spacious interior features large overhead garage doors that open during mild weather, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience with fresh air and natural light. Plenty of outdoor seating and lawn games complement the main bar area. Multiple large screens allow viewing of live events. The location within the food truck park provides convenient dining from various vendors.

Music Scene Participation

Where House Bar is recognized by local media and the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau as a key venue in the city's live music landscape. The venue supports both established and emerging local musicians through regular programming and feature performances.
