The Riptide on Taraval Street calls itself the Bay Area's best little honky-tonk by the beach. Tucked a few blocks from Ocean Beach in San Francisco's Outer Sunset it offers a roaring fireplace cold drinks and live music 365 days a year with never a cover charge.

Monday Open Mic
The Riptide Open Mic runs every Monday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM hosted by Les. Walk-in sign-up opens at 7:00 PM and stays open until close. The night is music only with covers and originals in every genre welcome. Because the night runs late performers often get more than one turn.
