Jackson Hole's Favorite Pizza Spot
Pinky G's Pizzeria opened in 2011 in the Pink Garter Plaza just off Jackson's Town Square. Owner Tom Fay created a laid-back space that isn't pretentious where friends and families can enjoy New York-style pizza in a casual atmosphere. The venue takes its name from its location below the Pink Garter Theatre and features a brick interior reminiscent of a New York City pizzeria with eight flatscreen TVs and a small stage for live performances.

Pinky G's has been featured twice on Guy Fieri's Diners Drive-Ins and Dives on Food Network in 2014 and 2024 showcasing their hand-tossed pizzas and unique creations. The most popular pie is the Abe Froman which has become a local legend. Since opening Pinky G's has been voted Jackson Hole's favorite pizzeria annually by locals. USA Today called it one of the most reasonably priced restaurants in Wyoming's highest rent town making it accessible in an expensive resort community.
All-Ages Open Mic Nights
Every Monday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pinky G's hosts an all-ages open mic night perfect for emerging artists and established performers alike. The early evening timeslot makes it especially accessible for younger musicians who often don't have opportunities to perform at traditional bar venues. Musicians are limited to three songs per performance to ensure everyone gets a turn though repeats are welcome if time allows. The pizzeria keeps several guitars on hand for performers who are traveling through or don't have their own instruments.
Supporting Local Musicians
Each performer who takes the stage receives a free tallboy beer or free slice of pizza as an incentive to participate. The event was originally created by musician David Cattani to provide a supportive comfortable environment for up-and-coming artists. The open mic nights are now hosted by Pinky G's staff and continue to serve as an important platform for the local music community. Beyond Monday open mics the venue hosts live music performances throughout the week featuring favorite Jackson Hole musicians.
Menu and Hours
Pinky G's serves whole pies and pizza by the slice along with calzones chicken tenders mozzarella sticks and salads. The full bar offers craft beers wine and cocktails. The restaurant is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM making it a popular late-night destination. Lunch specials make it a favorite midday stop for locals and visitors exploring Town Square.
