About Fair Game Beverage Company

Fair Game Beverage Company is North Carolina's 13th distillery located at The Plant in the Chatham Beverage District. The distillery specializes in small-batch spirits including Balancing Act Gin Amber Rum Flying Pepper Vodka and Province of Carolina rum. They craft sustainably-produced bespoke spirits from locally grown produce turned into delicious seasonal cocktails.

The Venue and Events

Fair Game operates both a Tasting Room and the Events Bar in the Wheelhouse space which hosts monthly events including Open Mic nights on the first and third Wednesday of each month Poetry Readings Trivia nights with host Erin and Irish Music sessions. The venue welcomes private parties corporate events and special gatherings in their versatile spaces.

The Plant Experience

As part of The Plant's 17-acre eco-industrial park Fair Game shares the campus with bmc brewing Starrlight Mead & Cider Koshu Sake and numerous other local businesses. Visitors can enjoy craft beverages from multiple vendors explore art galleries axe throwing walking trails and outdoor gathering spaces. The Wheelhouse provides an intimate setting perfect for acoustic performances and community events. Tours of the distillery are available on Saturdays at noon or by appointment.
