About The Old Post Pub
Located in the heart of downtown Missoula The Old Post Pub has been a favorite destination for fantastic food and refreshing cocktails for over 30 years. After closing unexpectedly in 2019 the pub reopened in December 2020 under new ownership by Kimberly and Tom Durham committed to keeping this traditional Missoula establishment alive and thriving.
Renovation & Rebirth
The Durham family along with general manager Rob Evanger completed an intensive interior remodel bringing new life to the historic space while preserving its character. Original Levi Strauss advertisements line the walls and vintage Old Post signage decorates the interior creating warm inviting atmosphere.
Live Music Program
The Old Post features an exceptional weekly live music schedule. Monday Night Bluegrass Jam kicks off around 5:30 PM welcoming pickers and grinners of all levels. Thursday Night Jazz runs 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM featuring Chuck Florence David Horgan and Beth Lo. The small stage creates intimate performance atmosphere perfect for acoustic music. Various other live performances scheduled throughout the week.
Food Excellence
The menu features scratch-made meals crafted with care. Signature items include the famous Drunken Goat Salad with fried goat cheese balls mixed greens toasted almonds roasted bell peppers crumbled bacon and sweet bourbon dressing. The Buttermilk Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich with seared pineapple is made from scratch. Exceptional burgers using local grass-fed beef with premium bacon. Crab cakes Chicken Jambalaya and Chicken-Fried Pork Chop are customer favorites. The Bar 47 Nachos Fish Tacos and classic French Dip complete the diverse menu.

Community Hub
Beyond food and music The Old Post serves as gathering place for the Missoula community. Weekly Trivia Tuesday nights at 7:00 PM bring friends together for brain-teasing competition. The venue welcomes families students locals and visitors creating diverse inclusive atmosphere.

Open daily Monday through Sunday 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Serving breakfast lunch and dinner with weekend brunch. Friendly knowledgeable staff provide excellent service in comfortable setting. Located at 103 W Spruce Street in downtown Missoula.
