Jazz OUTside at Kenny Dorham's Backyard is a monthly outdoor series with a featured band then a free jazz jam. Listings call it among the longest-running free jazz jams of its kind in Austin.

Third Thursdays: doors about 7:30 PM; show 8:00–9:00; jam 9:00–10:00. Suggested donation keeps the yard programming; all ages welcome.

Pair it with Blue Monday for a full East Austin outdoor week.
