Community Coffeehouse & Music Venue

Fairmount Coffee Co. is a locally-owned coffeehouse located just south of Wichita State University on 17th Street. Launched as an outreach of Fairmount Ministries - it serves as a welcoming gathering space for the university community and surrounding neighborhoods.

Coffee & Food

The coffeehouse features locally roasted handcrafted coffee drinks from roasters including Oddly Correct - Messenger Coffee - and Pennant Coffee. The menu includes locally sourced organic teas - fresh baked goods made daily - breakfast items - paninis - wraps - and salads. Everything is prepared with quality local ingredients.

Music & Events

Fairmount Coffee hosts live music and open mic nights on weekends - with open mic nights held on the first Friday of every month. These family-friendly events welcome musicians with instrumental and vocal performances. The venue also features Final Friday shows and other special music events - creating a vibrant cultural space within the community.

Atmosphere & Community

The coffeehouse offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for studying - working - meeting friends - or enjoying live performances. Hours & Services

Open Monday through Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. The space is available for small group meetings and events during business hours - and also provides catering services for off-site functions.
