Live Music Scene
Music is central to The Cove's identity with live performances Thursday through Sunday featuring genres from blues and rock to jazz folk Tejano and beyond. The venue proudly hosts the San Antonio Blues Society jam on the first Sunday of each month from 3:30-6:30 PM with different SABS members hosting each month and featuring the best musicians from the area. Backline and PA equipment are provided for jammers. Performances take place both inside and on the outdoor beer garden stage with local and traveling performers from every genre gracing the venue. The Cove's commitment to diverse music programming has made it a staple for music lovers.
Food and Beverage
The Cove is justly famous for its fish tacos and offers an excellent destination for locavores and vegetarians thanks to owner Lisa Asvestas's commitment to sustainable food sources. The menu features organic locally-sourced ingredients with options including burgers salads barbecue and sweet potato fries. The Texas beer garden boasts over 50 Texas beers on tap along with wine tastings and a full beverage program. The kitchen serves quality food throughout operating hours.
