About Club Congress

Club Congress is a historic multi-stage venue housed within the legendary Hotel Congress - built in 1919 in downtown Tucson. Recognized as one of the 10 best rock clubs in the United States - Club Congress has been a catalyst for art and music since its 1985 inception as a weekly showcase for Tucson's creative community.

Music Venues and Programming

Club Congress operates several performance spaces within Hotel Congress. The main Club Congress room holds 325 people and hosts rock - indie - electronic - and alternative music nightly. The intimate Century Room (85 capacity) is dedicated to jazz performances and serves as a venue for the annual Tucson Jazz Festival late-night jam sessions.

The venue presents a diverse range of genres including indie rock - electronic music - dark wave - industrial - psychedelic rock - and experimental performances. Shows run throughout the week with both 18+ and all-ages events depending on the night. The outdoor Plaza Stage accommodates up to 700 people for larger festivals and events.
