Upscale Cocktail Bar and Performing Arts Venue

Camp Bar opened in June 2007 and quickly became a Downtown Saint Paul landmark. This upscale cocktail bar - dance bar - and cabaret combines excellent drinks with professional entertainment in the heart of downtown.

The Cabaret at Camp

The Cabaret @ Camp is one of St. Paul's premier performing arts spaces - managed by Actors Theater of Minnesota. This intimate and versatile venue features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems - dynamic seating arrangements - a unique stage complete with green room - and full-service bar. The Cabaret hosts professional theatrical productions - musical acts - dance parties - and nationally known stand-up comedians every weekend through Laugh Camp Comedy Club.

Bar and Atmosphere

The main bar features a large u-shaped design - 16 craft beers on tap - handcrafted cocktails with fresh ingredients - and some of the biggest drinks in town. The venue includes a cozy sidewalk patio - flat screen televisions - pool table - piano - and entertainment including Big Buck Hunter and Touch Tunes. Camp is an Official Green Bay Packers Bar.

Weekly Entertainment

Camp Bar hosts a variety of regular events including Variety Open Mic on Monday nights (except first Monday) from 8-11 PM - welcoming poets - musicians - magicians - and comedians. Sunday nights feature comedy open mic. Wednesday nights bring Music Mayhem Trivia at 9 PM - and Thursdays host Trivia Mafia. Friday nights at 10 PM feature After Dark improv comedy shows.

Food and Services

The venue serves food from the kitchens of Sawatdee - Kee's Cafe - and Black Sheep Coal Fired Pizza. The LGBTQIA+ friendly venue creates an inclusive - welcoming environment for all. The event space is perfect for private events and parties. Located in downtown St. Paul with accessible parking.
