About Narrative Fermentations

Narrative Fermentations is a creative story-driven craft brewery located near downtown San Jose specializing in a diverse range of beer styles from crisp lagers and West Coast IPAs to experimental fruited sours and dark beers. The brewery features a laid-back taproom rotating food trucks and a charming outdoor patio with picnic tables.

Live Music and Events

The brewery hosts a weekly Sunday blues jam from 4-7 PM featuring house band members who are among the Bay Area's finest blues musicians. Hosted by San Jose's own Aki Kumar known as the King of Bollywood Blues the jam welcomes blues musicians and singers to sign up and perform. The venue provides full backline including drums bass guitar harmonica and vocal mics making it easy for musicians to just bring their instruments and join in.

Atmosphere

With both indoor seating near the bar and outdoor seating among large picnic tables Narrative offers a relaxed community-focused environment. The brewery regularly features live music community events and a constantly rotating selection of creative craft beers making it an ideal spot to enjoy great music and beverages in a welcoming setting.
