Liquid State Brewing Company

Liquid State Brewing Company is a 2,800-square-foot beer hall and patio in Ithaca's West End District, pouring house-brewed beer alongside a small-plates menu and rotating local food trucks. The brewery has built a reputation as a community gathering spot for West End residents and visitors alike.

Bluegrass Night

On select Monday evenings, Liquid State hosts a Bluegrass Night jam session welcoming pickers and string players for an evening of acoustic bluegrass and old-time tunes, typically running from about 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

The brewery's weekly calendar also includes Irish sessions with Six Mile Craic, a comedy open mic, trivia night and the recurring Astronomy on Tap lecture series, making it one of the more eclectic community-events hubs in Ithaca.
