Armadillo Ranch is a historic bar restaurant and live music venue located at 962 Manitou Ave in the heart of downtown Manitou Springs. The venue occupies the former Ancient Mariner building and has become a cornerstone of the local music scene offering community live music local art quality ingredients regional brews unique cocktails and good vibes.

Music Programming

The venue presents live music five days a week featuring local and regional artists across multiple genres including rock jam funk bluegrass americana folk reggae singer-songwriter and covers from the 60s through 90s. Monday nights feature Jazz Jam Sessions from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM co-sponsored by the Pikes Peak Jazz and Swing Society and Tidal Breeze Jazz Arts. Various jazz musicians host throughout the month including saxophonist Adam Gang and guitarist Colin McAllister providing a professional rhythm section for all-ages jazz jams. Thursday Friday and Saturday nights showcase live bands starting at 8:00 PM.

Food and Drink

The menu features chef-prepared selections including burgers sandwiches in-house smoked pork delicious wings and a kids menu. Vegetarian vegan and gluten-free options are available. The venue emphasizes local and organic products when possible following global and slow food-inspired cuisine principles. Regional craft beers unique cocktails and a selection of wine and spirits round out the beverage offerings.

Additional Events and Details

Beyond music Armadillo Ranch hosts trivia karaoke and drag brunches creating diverse entertainment options. A 3.50 dollar entertainment fee per person is added to tabs during live music shows to support the local artist community. The venue is open for lunch and dinner with a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to dine enjoy drinks and stay for the entertainment.
